Working with Takamol
Takamol works with transaction advisors representing qualified buyers. Identification of the represented party, or confirmation of the representation capacity, is requested at initial enquiry so that the appropriate level of disclosure is set and duplicate processes are avoided.
The process is standard: public materials, a confidentiality agreement, approved detailed materials, site inspection, a non-binding offer, confirmatory due diligence and definitive agreements.
What can be shared with your client
Public materials : the asset category directory, field imagery and the 360° virtual tour : can be shared without restriction. Approved detailed materials are subject to a confidentiality agreement executed with the represented party, or with the advisor on its behalf.
Takamol does not publish a valuation, a price or capacity estimates, and does not provide financial projections. The data made available is descriptive and documented; the remainder is established by independent verification.
