Frequently asked questions about the asset and the transaction

Before you ask about price

The most common question is price, and it is also the question that cannot be answered first. The price of a complete industrial asset depends on the agreed scope, the buyer's route (restart or relocation), and the findings of technical inspection. Asking for a figure before those are settled produces a number that is meaningless to both sides.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy only part of the asset?

The current offering is a whole-asset sale in a single transaction. Parties interested in specific categories may make contact, but the whole-asset offering takes priority and equipment is not offered for separate sale at this stage.

What is the plant's production capacity?

That data has not been approved for public release, which is why it does not appear anywhere on this site. Approved data is provided to qualified parties under a confidentiality agreement, and independent technical verification remains required.

Can the equipment be exported from Saudi Arabia?

Dismantling and relocation is a viable route, served by King Fahd Industrial Port for heavy loads. It is subject to the permits applicable in the Kingdom and in the destination country, and to package boundaries and transport constraints established after inspection.

Does Takamol provide financing or partnership?

Takamol is a selling and coordinating party, not a financing institution. Transaction structure is open to discussion with qualified parties and their advisors within the definitive agreements, but Takamol does not provide financing or investment advice.

How long does the process take?

There is no single timetable. The pace is set by the buyer's route, the size of its technical team and its readiness for diligence. Takamol coordinates access and materials rather than imposing deadlines on qualified parties.

Do you work with intermediaries?

Yes, with mandated transaction advisors representing qualified buyers, provided the represented party is identified or the representation capacity confirmed at first contact. We do not work with unauthorised intermediaries.

The information shown is preliminary and non-binding. Specifications, quantities, condition, and availability remain subject to technical inspection, qualification, and relevant agreements.
